Well, I did say in the first entry on the blog that updates would only be occasional in the run-up to the Games - so I've kept that promise! I haven't had much time for the blog recently with trips to UK cross country events, sorting out films, trophies, league tables and press reports for the Manx Gas cross country presentation, working on the IOM road running records etc. Hopefully I'll have a bit more time for the blog soon as I have plenty of material planned.
Well done to the Manx athletes who are continuing to perform well in big UK events. Incredibly we are only a few days away from the outdoor track season, as Ryan Fairclough competes in an open meeting at Blackpool at the weekend. Hope the weather is kind!
